What’s Covered:
Your Willow Electric Hot Water Bottle is backed by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use.
What’s Not Covered:
- The warranty only applies to the hot water bottle itself and does not extend to accessories like the waist strap or hand pouch.
- Any damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, or deliberate harm (such as exposure to excessive force, or tampering with the electrical components) will not be covered.
- Damage due to neglect or failure to follow proper care and maintenance instructions will also not be covered under this warranty.
