12 months warranty

What’s Covered:
Your Willow Electric Hot Water Bottle is backed by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use.

What’s Not Covered:

  • The warranty only applies to the hot water bottle itself and does not extend to accessories like the waist strap or hand pouch.
  • Any damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, or deliberate harm (such as exposure to excessive force, or tampering with the electrical components) will not be covered.
  • Damage due to neglect or failure to follow proper care and maintenance instructions will also not be covered under this warranty. 

Please refer to the manual provided to use and care of the Willow bottle.

If your Willow Electric Hot Water Bottle shows signs of a defect within 12 months, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order details. We’ll guide you through the warranty claim process.
